2. What data we process and why

This website contains no forms and collects no data automatically. We only process personal data when you contact us voluntarily via WhatsApp, phone or email.

In that case we process the data you provide (such as name, phone, email and the details of the requested journey), solely to handle your request and arrange the transport service.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when contacting us and the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the requested service (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and provide the service, and thereafter for the periods required by law (tax and liability obligations). After those periods the data is deleted.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared where necessary to provide the service or where legally required.

• If you contact us via WhatsApp, the communication takes place through Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which processes the data under its own privacy policy.
• Technical providers (e.g. web hosting within the EU/EEA) acting as processors under contract and in compliance with the GDPR.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability free of charge by writing to info@moebium-drive.com, stating the right you wish to exercise.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
